About UG

Championing Workers' Rights Since 2016

The Zambia Union of Government and Allied Workers (UG) is a leading trade union dedicated to protecting and advancing the rights, welfare, and interests of government employees and allied workers across Zambia. Founded in 2016, we have been at the forefront of labor advocacy, ensuring fair treatment, decent working conditions, and competitive compensation for our members.
